Our Hand-Crafted Production Process in Cadore
Artisan Workshop at the Foot of the Dolomites
All Delirious Eyewear frames are produced in Cadore - the historic heart of Italy’s eyewear industry. Skilled artisans manage every step by hand, from operating precision machinery to final quality checks.
The passion and attention given to the production of each pair of glasses adds value that drives our brand to extraordinary results.
Material-Specific Manufacturing
We adapt our methods to each material - Indian water buffalo horn, Japanese titanium & beta-titanium, and Italian acetate, ensuring stunning results every time.

Horn Frames
We begin by milling two matching horn boards - one for the frame front, one for the arms - using a 3D-designed mold. Artisans then hand-clean every splinter for a smooth, custom fit.
Titanium & Beta-Titanium Frames
Components are laser-cut from precision metal sheets, welded into shape, then rigorously polished for durability and shine.
Quality Commitment & Strategic Partnerships
True to our belief in “handcrafted in Italy,” we never engrave our brand name on frames - only the quality guarantee. To deliver best-in-class optics, we partner with Zeiss for premium lens technology.
