Shipping option: DHL Express

Duration of shipping:

• Within Europe: 1/2 working day

• To USA: 2/3 working days

• All remaining regions except Russia: 3/4 working days

• We do not ship to Russia

Processing time:

Once a purchase is made, it is dispatched within 24 hours of the order date (if the order is made on Friday, it will be send from Monday). 

Shipping time:

Referring to items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination are detailed hereafter:  

• Orders to USA are shipped by DHL express and are delivered within 2 days.

• Orders within the EU are shipped by DHL express and are delivered within 1 day.

• International delivery (All regions around the world except USA and Europe) takes 3 business days and is shipped using express. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive to destination.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
